The Revolutionary

is here!

By adding the LaserBridge to your embroidery operation, you will truly prepare you shop for the challenges of embroidery production in the 21st century. The LaserBridge serves 2 real and essential purposes for today's embroidery shop. They are: "On Demand CUTTING & MARKING".

Intricate cutting and permanent fabric marking have become essential in today's diversified embroidery shop because they can reduce production time and add a fresh new look that's very desirable in today's fashion trends. Whether it is very small lettering that's clearly engraved on a left chest of a garment or an extensive number of letters and shapes that are appliquéd on a jacket back, count on the LaserBridge to produce it quickly, easily and affordably, which all equate to a healthier bottom line. The LaserBridge will undoubtedly give your shop an unfair advantage over the competition.

What is the Proel LaserBridge?

The LaserBridge is a high-speed galvanometric LASER system moving along a beam (bridge) above your existing one or more embroidery machines or other equipment. Beam length can be between 4 meters (13 ft.) and 20 meters (66 ft.)

What does the Proel LaserBridge do?

It will cut, engrave, etch or mark your embroidery project while it is still in the embroidery machine hoops at super-speed (cutting speed up to 10 meter / second or 33 ft / sec), allowing you to create appliqués, reverse appliqués, multi-layer kiss-cut or combination of cutting and engraving.

Why LaserBridge?

It is not a secret that the embroidery industry has been in a decline in recent years, due to increased competition both from overseas, benefiting from cheap labor, and at home, where the cost of starting an embroidery business is getting lower and lower, resulting in more low-end and part-timer businesses to open.

...If only you could find a niche that will allow you to create unique, more complex designs that not many embroidery houses can produce, and doing it in less time and using less labor...

The Proel's LaserBridge is the solution! With the use of FocuscutIII software from Proel, you can create complex vector designs to match your embroidery project. These designs instruct the Laserbridge (or any Proel LASER cutting machine) to cut, engrave, mark or etch your embroidery project directly on your embroidery machine hoops. As a result, the entire process is streamlined, saving time and labor (same operator may operate the embroidery machine AND the LaserBridge) ensuring a significant increase in productivity. In addition, you may be able to create appliqués, kiss cut designs (Click here for demonstration of Kiss Cut) and more in fraction of the time it would take otherwise.

What equipment can be positioned under the bridge?

Any combination of one or more embroidery machines of any manufacturer and of any number of heads, cutting table (for cutting appliqués or emblems), unrolling-rolling system (to cut material supplied on rolls), or anything you can fit under the bridge.

Why choose Proel's LaserBridge over the competition?

Proel's LaserBridge has significant advantages over its competitors as far as design and features.
